Bosch starts sample production at first US semiconductor factory
The Roseville, California, SiC chip project will cost $2 billion, with commercial production due to start later in 2026
Bosch has begun sample production at its first US semiconductor factory after finalizing a $225 million US Commerce Department funding agreement, the German auto component and chipmaker said.
