The partners will extend the work to AESC’s automotive traction batteries and pursue wider implementation of battery passports across additional applications
DENSO and TÜV Rheinland Japan validated a battery passport for AESC energy storage products ahead of the EU mandate taking effect in February 2027, the leading Japanese supplier said in a press release on June 29.
