California rolls out rebates for first-time buyers of zero-emission vehicles
The program is expected to start soon at participating dealerships, with $135.5 million in state funding matched by automakers
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed SB 168, a bill creating a $3,500 instant rebate for families buying their first zero-emission vehicle (ZEV).
