Magnachip licenses Navitas GeneSiC technology for high-voltage SiC markets

Navitas Semiconductor and Magnachip Semiconductor formed a strategic partnership under which Magnachip will license Navitas’ GeneSiC technology for 1,200 V, 2,300 V, 3,300 V and higher voltage silicon carbide (SiC) markets.
