Rock Tech Lithium secures offtake supply agreement valued at up to $80 million
Deliveries are expected to start in 2028, reaching 100,000 dry metric tons annually, with a prepayment facility of up to $80 million
Rock Tech Lithium Inc. has signed a binding seven-year offtake agreement with Transamine SA, eventually covering at least 100,000 dry metric tons of spodumene concentrate per year from its wholly owned Georgia Lake project in Ontario.
