Stellantis sells Free2move’s car-sharing business to Mutares
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, subject to closing conditions, for a service operating across 14 cities in Europe and the US
Stellantis has agreed to sell its entire shareholding in Free2move, its car-sharing business, to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, with deal completion expected by the end of 2026.
