TSMC resumes operations at JASM plant after earthquake evacuation
All personnel were confirmed safe, structures passed inspections and the JASM construction site was not affected, although some work was suspended
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co said it had begun gradually resuming operations at its JASM plant in Japan’s Kumamoto prefecture after a 7.1-magnitude earthquake prompted a precautionary worker evacuation.
