Zoox starts paid Las Vegas robo-taxi rides on Aug. 10 after exemption
The two-year NHTSA exemption allows up to 2,500 vehicles without steering wheels or pedals and covers eight federal motor vehicle standards
Amazon-owned Zoox said it will begin charging for robo-taxi rides in Las Vegas on Aug. 10 after receiving a two-year federal safety exemption.
