Indian government receives 20 bids for its rare earth magnet scheme
The government program targets to achieve a capacity of 6,000 metric tons per annum across five beneficiaries over seven years
India’s Ministry of Heavy Industries has received 20 bids for a 72.8 billion rupees (about $763 million) scheme to promote domestic manufacturing of sintered rare earth permanent magnets.
