Spark Minda plans to invest $121.8 million in two manufacturing facilities in India
The facilities will produce ignition switch-cum-steering locks, mechatronic components and connection systems, creating about 6,440 jobs
India-based auto component group Spark Minda announced plans to invest 11.66 billion rupees (nearly $121.8 million) in two new manufacturing plants in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region in Uttar Pradesh, India.
