The acquired business will be integrated into RML’s Brake Components Business
On Aug. 21, 2026, Rane (Madras) Limited (RML), a supplier of India-based auto component group Rane Group, announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Hindustan Composites Limited’s friction business after receiving regulatory approvals and meeting other closing conditions.
