Brembo unveils Boldika brake caliper for heavy-duty pickups and SUVs

The six-piston caliper, producing more than 8,500Nm of braking torque, will debut on the Chevrolet Silverado EV RST Stars and Steel Edition in 2026

Brembo has unveiled the Boldika, a six-piston brake caliper producing more than 8,500Nm of braking torque for heavy-duty pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles (SUVs). The Italy-based brake systems supplier claims the Boldika is the most powerful caliper it has built for passenger car application and marks its first entry into the heavy-duty pickup truck segment. The caliper is designed for electrified and internal combustion engine (ICE) pickup trucks and SUVs.
