Suppliers make the new Kangoo greener, safer and roomier
The new second generation Kangoo is the successor to the 1997 model which sold over 2.3m units worldwide. The automobile will be available from launch with a choice of three trim levels - Authentique, Expression and Privilège. The Kangoo has a choice of two petrol engines and one diesel. Two of the diesel engines meet Renault’s publicized CO₂ emissions target of less than 140g/km, leading the carmaker to claim the Kangoo as the greenest activity vehicle on the market. Faurecia makes the diesel engines more environmentally friendly by providing an optional diesel filter.
