This research is structured to closely mirror real vehicle buying behavior and is designed to uncover which features truly drive trim take rates and package adoption.
The new survey consolidates four separate studies into one integrated survey (HMI, Autonomy, Connected Car, and Electrification). It also expands global coverage and increases respondent scale to enable more reliable brand-level comparison.
To keep the survey focused and fieldable, most non-feature-focused questions were removed, and some features were combined where interpretation was highly nuanced or overlapping.
This US-focused report will be followed by a report on mainland China in July, Europe in September, and broader APAC coverage in December.
