    Akebono Brake reported a 33.7% year-on-year (y/y) gain in net income for the first quarter ended 30 June 2012; profits increased to JPY916m (USD11.5m), moving up from JPY685m (USD8.4m) in Q1 of financial year (FY) 2011-12.     KPS Capital completes acquisition of Bosch’s foundation brakes business
    KPS Capital Partners has completed acquisition of the foundation brake business of Bosch, the company said in a press release.
