    Dana’s net income went down 53% year-on-year (y/y) to USD48m in the third quarter (Q3) ended 30 September 2012 compared with an income of USD102m in Q3 2011, according to the company’s press release.     Dana has signed a settlement agreement with Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America Inc to settle warranty claims related to the frames provided for the automaker’s Tacoma pickup trucks.
