    Calsonic Kansei and Magneti Marelli will officially change their respective legal company names to MARELLI from next month, the two companies said in a joint press release on 9 September.  While Calsonic Kansei Corporation will change its name to MARELLI Corporation, Magneti Marelli S.p.A will change its name to MARELLI Europe S.p.A.
